Overview
The health and economic crisis we are going through has led to unprecedented upheavals in our economies, our social and private relationships, our societal organization and our working environment. This pandemic has forced us to urgently rethink our daily lives in the short, medium and even long term. From the generalisation of teleworking to the imposition of short-time working, workers have seen their environment and working environment profoundly transformed. In the face of the economic, social and geopolitical uncertainties that weigh on the future, it makes sense to ask ourselves more broadly about the future of our labour relations, its organisation and the productivity of companies and workers.
Will the optimal combination of the distribution of labour and capital have to be rethought to take better account of health risks?
