Pierre FERRACCI

President - Groupe Alpha

Pierre FERRACCI is a chartered accountant. He holds a Master of Applied Economics (Paris-Dauphine).

He is Chairman and Founder of Groupe ALPHA, a french consulting group (900 people) specializing in social relations and local development. Through its subsidiaries, the Groupe ALPHA targets employee representatives, companies and public stakeholders:

• Secafi, leader in France for consulting and expertise with the social and economic committees (ESC), works councils, CHSCTs and trade unions.
• Semaphores, a consulting and audit firm for the public sector and companies, on the issues of performance, economic development, professional training, transformation of organizations and securing professional transitions.

From August 2014 to April 2019, on the appointment of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, he served as President of the National Council Education-Economy (CNEE), created on October 18, 2013 and authority dialogue and foresight to better articulate educational issues and economic issues.

Pierre Ferracci is also a member of the Orientation Council for Employment.

Since 2012, he has been President of Paris FC, a professional football club.
