Lady de Rothschild is the Chief Executive of E.L. Rothschild LLC, a private investment company with holdings that include The Economist Group, Bronfman/E.L. Rothschild, R Chocolate as well as real estate and financial instruments.  She is also the Founder and CEO of the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism, a charity devoted to advancing economic and social inclusion with premier global leaders in the business and investment community.

Since 2000, Lady de Rothschild has been a member of the Board of Directors of The Estee Lauder Companies (and Nominating & Board Affairs Committee Chair). She is also on the Board of the Peterson Institute for International Economics (and Executive Committee), McCain Institute for International Leadership, Corporate Governance Exchange and ERANDA Rothschild Foundation, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Lady de Rothschild is often a featured speaker at global forums and corporate and university events, including the United Nations, World Bank, G20 Investor Forum, OECD, University of Oxford, Tsinghua University, and Peking University. She has also published in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, and The Guardian. In 2007, Lady de Rothschild was awarded the Commendatore Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana. She graduated Magna cum Laude and Beta Kappa from Pomona College in Claremont, CA (1976) and from Columbia University School of Law, NYC (1980) with a Juris Doctor with honors.
