Chief Executive Officer - Nexity

Jean-Philippe Ruggieri is Nexity’s CEO and Executive company officer since May 2019. He was previously deputy CEO in charge of Individual Clients and Residential Real Estate Activities since January 2017. He previously served as Managing Director of the Residential Real Estate division starting in 2014, after having been its Deputy Managing Director since 2006. He also served as Managing Director of Nexity Consulting and Nexity Patrimoine. From 1994 to 2001, he was Sales Director and then Managing Director of Ruggieri Immobilier Toulouse. He began his career as an operations manager at Sogeprom in 1992. He is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse.
