Isabelle Gounin-Lévy graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Aix en Provence, and holds a Master in Public Law. She began her career in the written press at the ‘Dauphiné Libéré’ and carried on in the ‘Figaro’. She was quickly drawn to economic subjects, and worked at the ‘Revenu Français, ‘Option Finance’ and at the ‘Tribune’. She then specialised in the areas of banking and insurance. During this period, she collaborated with Europe 1 for stock exchange informations  before diving into television and becoming involved in the adventure of LCI’s creation.

On this channel, she was able to take advantage of her economic culture in order to intervene in newspapers as a specialised journalist, but she also performed the job of TV presenter for the ‘Journal de l’Eco’ and the ‘Invité de l’Eco’. She is also a reporter and a broadcaster, during debates led by the channel and their partners. Finally, she became a producer-director during interviews with CEOs throughout France. Since 2017, she interviews everyday a CEO from a ‘CAC 40’, a SMEs or a startup, and decodes the economy on air.
