Pierre DONNERSBERG
Chairman - SIACI Saint-Honoré Group
Pierre Donnersberg, who studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Journalisme de Paris, started his career at La Séquanaise before joining AGF and Winterthur. In 1988, he founded Courtage Saint-Honoré within the Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild. The following year, in partnership with the Pelège Group, he founded Compagnie de Courtage des Assurances Saint-Honoré (CCASH), which became Assurances & Conseils Saint-Honoré (ACSH) in 2003.
In 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the SIACI SAINT HONORE Group, the result of a merger between ACSH and SIACI.
He initiated the international expansion of the group in 2000 with the creation of Mobility Benefits, then the acquisition of European Benefits Administrators which went on to become MSH INTERNATIONAL (MSHI).
He stepped up the group’s international development by opening offices in Canada and by acquiring Norfolk Mobility Benefits to create MSH INTERNATIONAL (CANADA).
In 2004, in the United Arab Emirates, he created the subsidiary MSH INTERNATIONAL (DUBAI), then acquired Shanghai Taï Kaï in 2009 which became MSH China, thus enabling MSH INTERNATIONAL to become the world’s leading broker in the design and management of international healthcare solutions for mobile individuals. In 2016, MSHI acquired Expat Insurance Pte Ltd. in Singapore.
Pierre Donnersberg is also a Director of Edmond de Rothschild SA and of the Fondation Ophtalmologique Adolphe-de Rothschild.
In 2016, he was made an Officer of the French Legion of Honor.
