Jean-Charles de LASTEYRIE

Managing Director - Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance

Jean-Charles de Lasteyrie is a graduate of ESCP Paris and holds a PhD in Tax Law. He began his career with René Ricol for the firm of Calan-Ramolino where he was a partner from 1977 to 1986. He is CEO of Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance which he founded with René Ricol in 1987. He has been elected to the Conseil Supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts Comptables and was an active member from 2000 to 2004. During that period he was also President of the Club Fiscal des Experts Comptables. He is an expert licensed by the Cour d’Appel de Paris. He was vice-president of the FEE (Federation of European Accountants) (2009-2014). He is a founder members of the Association Professionnelle des Experts Indépendants (Apei) of which he was the president from 2011 to 2014. He represents France to the IIRC (International Integrated Reporting Council) since 2012.
