Frédérick Lacroix is the head of the Financial Services & Asset Management practice of the firm in Paris. His practice focuses on advising on banking, payment, financial and insurance regulations, financial litigations and financial institutions M&A and restructurings, and covers the Fintech industry. Frédérick also co-heads the Securitisation & Structured Finance practice in Paris.  As part of his practice, he is regularly consulted on the drafting of pieces of legislation in the financial sector. A recent example is his involvement on the Sapin II law regarding the modification of the bank creditor hierarchy in insolvency, in the context of bank resolutions.
